HTC Home plugin not working?

I had a 6800, installed the htc home plug in and it worked fine. I now have to xv 6900 and installed the same plug in. However when I got change the clock / icons / backgrounds it doesn't change. Is it conflicting with the clock already installed on this PDA? The 6800 didn't have to big clock. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Sorry, I like the Touch home screen and haven't tried installing the HTC home plugin. :(

Well I played around with it last night and got it to work. So this question is dead. I also like the Stock home screen, but I wasnt crazy about the clock.
